Should faith-based organizations have an official and publicly funded role in providing supplemental education services to public school students?

Does every student have the right to a high quality public education? If so, how do we provide it to students who attend poorly performing schools?

Are free meal programs essential for students to engage in effective learning? If yes, should they be available to all students regardless of need?

Should character education be included in the curriculum?
